Missing multiple file types to Save As (and Save As Copy) - No PDF

Hey guys, just wanted get a fix for an issue I've been having with the last 2 versions of Photoshop.

I can't find the option to create a PDF in the Save As or Save As Copy menu. In fact, I only have a very small amount of file types I can export to (pictured below). These file types do not change whether I am choosing to Save As or Save As Copy. I have enabled the Legacy Save As in preferences, and I have updated my version of photoshop to the most recent version.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

@Liam21798716vpjy What are your document specs? It may be that you either have 16 or 32 bit color space or too large of a canvas area to save as anything other than these.

I love you with all of my heart good man, changed it to an 8-bit colour space, fixed the issue. Appreciate that!
