Mouse click response randomly bad

I'm experiencing this same issue with my Huion Kamvas 20. I have windows ink disabled on the Huion app and in the PSUserConfig.txt, because I find that's work better in Photoshop (with windows ink enabled theres a "delay" everytime i need to drag the pen in the UI for sliders).

With my mouse it works properly, but with the pen I need do click twice to end transform and rotation commands.

Thanks @Jqqerry - unfortunately, no luck here. My mouse was 1000hz indeed, lowered it down to 500 but the issues came back later again. Anyway I tried with a different mouse before as suggested (quite an old cheap one), with no effect...

@CShubertI gave a try for a day, it seemed to work alright but the issues ended up going back, just a bit later than usual - but I wouldn't have sticked with this solution though as it made everything lag (tools reactivity pretty low etc) a bit too much to my taste...

What is your Mouse Polling Rate? (Such as 1000hz , 500hz, 250hz, 125hz ~)
Razer's Viper is probably set to 1000hz because it's a high-performance mouse for gaming.
Try setting it to 500hz, or lower and test it.
I'm glad if this solves it.
I have reported this pollrate bug a few times last year but it has not been recognized as a bug.

@jafgk not sure if this will help, but let's give it a try.

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?
