Old post, but I found this in 2024 trying to find a solution. Mine cleared when I double-clicked to open one of the files in Photoshop, made a change so I could re-save it, then everything suddenly reappeared, not just that assett.

Are those graphical assets? Do they show up via assets.adobe.com?

Yes, those are graphical assets that were created in Photoshop so they are not pulling from somewhere else. When I look on the website at assets.adobe.com, this is what I see. The circled one is the problematic library and it just doesn't load. I have other libraries that load just fine and display all thumbnails.

Sorry in not getting back to you right away. It sounds like the assets got corrupted somehow. Do you have these assets backed up elsewhere?

I might add that I have Photoshop version 23.2.2
