@Noah22502026gz1o direct X 12 became a requirement back in 2022.

If you have a 5600G its not reporting properly in the system info. Try updating your GPU drivers - they're not too out of date but could still help.

Apologies Kevin, my processor is the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics. It looks like the directx 12 compatability is still an issue, but I just wanted to ge the correct info out there in case it's helpful to anyone else.

Still curious when directx 12 became a requirement, as my PC ran the neural filters just fine back when they came out...

That's weird, because they have worked on the same pc in the past. Has that always been the requirement for that particular tool?

@Noah22502026gz1o Your AMD Radeon Graphics Pro is not compatible with current Photoshop builds. It needs to support DirectX12 (feature level 12). The card listed in your system specs only supports DirectX 11.

You'll need to upgrade your Graphics card to utilize newer features including Neural Filters.
