Hello.
Every single time I try to use a neural filter I face this error:
Actually, this is been happening since a long time ago. I was only able to use neural filters in the very early versions of photoshop. I've already tried enabling/disabling GPU inside photoshop and doing a clean uninstall of my radeon software, then reinstalling the most up-to-date one available.
My laptop is quite old, but it used to work before, so I don't think the lack of power is the real problem here. It's a DELL i7-4510U, 8gb ram, AMD radeon R7 M260 2GB.
Hi @haaidan your M260 does not meet minimum system requirements for Photoshop.
The recommended minimum speed is 2000 ops/sec and yours clocks in under 300 and it is not DirectX12 compatible.
You'll need to upgrade your Graphics Card in order to use current Photoshop features.
