Seems like a glitch, but maybe I toggled an option on somehow without knowing. Never been an issue before, and I exited and restarted PS a couple times without it fixing itself. The off-artboard elements are hidden until I copy and pasted a layer style, then the orange circles show up outside the artboard. Is this a bug? Is there any way to hide them again? Image attached. So frustrating. Thanks!
I can't see your full Layers panel, but I can recreate the setup with the following:
You can select the artboard (it's a special kind of group), right-click, and select Ungroup Artboard or go to Layer > Ungroup Artboard. Ungrouping the artboard appears to apply the space of the original artboard to each shape layer. If you don't want the extra canvas, then you can crop o
