P: Program error while opening or creating new document after Photoshop 22.1 update [2020]

Since yesterday's update, can´t even open a jpg file. Always says: Could not complete your request because of a program error. I need to work.

    Hi all,

     

    05/20 update: We have resolved another program error issue while dragging assets from libraries to the artboard in Photoshop 22.4.1 update. Could you please update Photoshop to the 22.4.1 version via the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know your feedback.

      Please know we are looking at this issue closely. Unfortunately, there are a few different root causes and we are still identifying them individually. 

       

      We are working on a patch but the above steps should help to get you working again in the meantime.

        these directions don't work for the updated creative cloud desk top app. New updated version does not have the older versions options.

            Salve, ho lo stesso problema che riscontrato tuo e cioè da oggi che Photoshop non mi fà aprire nessun file jpeg in quanto mi dice "impossibile completare la richiesta perchè non è stato trovato il file"...se per caso avresti risolto questo problema potresti gentilmente darmi un aiuto e ti ringrazio in anticipo.

              Salve a tutti, io ho lo stesso problema!!! Qualsiasi file provo ad aprire in Ps mi dice "impossibile trovare file...  Cosa Bisogna fare?!?

                CUANDO QUIERO GUARDAR O SOBREESCRIBIR UN ARCHIVO PSD ARROJA MENSAJE "NO SE HA PODIDO GUARDAR POR UN ERROR DE PROGRAMA"

                    Yo lo que hice es seleccionar la herraminta recortar (C) y en el menu de herramienta que sale arriba, activar "Eliminar pixeles recortados". Pulsas ENTER y listo, ya pude guardar.
