Pattern - making one piece instead of three

Your background has a tonal shift in density and color. Use curves or levels to whiten it, so that it's uniform or select all the apples and pears and put them on a different consistent background. You can also use the offset filter to make sure you get good seams in your pattern.

You can then use dodge tool set to highlight and brighten the light blue background to white
