Hi!
I've created several PDF's from photoshop (latest version).
Some of the pages won't print, or if they print at all they'll print a blank page.
I've been printing through Acrobat
Any suggestions?
Hi @Sean Loane what printer are you using? Try going to Acrobat>Print>Advance settings (top of window) and check "Print as Image". Some printers run out of internal memory with PDFs created from PS and spit out blanks.

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer, thanks for replying.
Thanks, that seems to have solved the issue! I'm printing preview sheets on a Ricoh SP C262 SFnw.
Would the "print as image" setting have any drawbacks? The file is going to an external printing company. My guess is their printer will handle the memory issue so they wouldn't need the setting, but just want to be sure.
Thanks again for the help!

No drawback to using that feature - the issue is a PDF generated from PS is a graphic in a PDF wrapper, not a PDF with text, vector and graphics like a PDF from say InDesign or Word. It takes more memory to process so that feature helps.

Here are a few suggestions to help troubleshoot the problem:
Check the Page Content: Double-check the pages that are not printing or printing blank in Acrobat. Ensure that the content on those pages is visible and correctly displayed within Photoshop. It's possible that there may be transparent elements or hidden layers that are causing the problem in colour printing.
Update Acrobat: Make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on your computer. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can address printing-related issues.
Print Using a Different PDF Viewer: Try opening the PDF file in a different PDF viewer, such as Adobe Reader or another third-party PDF viewer, and attempt to print from there. This can help determine if the issue is specific to Acrobat or if it's a more general problem with the PDF file.
Export to a Different PDF Format: Instead of printing directly from Photoshop using the "Save As" or "Export" function to create the PDF, try using a different PDF export setting. For example, you can try saving the file as a PDF/X or PDF/A format. This conversion may help eliminate any potential compatibility issues between Photoshop and Acrobat.

I have found that DESELECTING "Save ink/toner" can sometimes fix this issue if the print preview shows the content correctly but the plge seems to be missing text despite whatever you select under "Dcouments and Markups" or even "Print as image"
