Are you drawing with a stylus on a tablet? If so, go to your pen settings and reset everything.

Please provide more detail on to what your problem is. There is not enough information here to help you.

What exactly is not working? What exactly is not showing when you click setting? What setting is it you are selecting? We can help you much faster when we know exact issues.
