PhotoShop 2020 Freezing

Having issues with PS 2020 freezing up when using my GeForce GPU.  Problem goes away if I manaully force the software to use the integrated graphics instead.

Freezing happens exclusively when trying to Open files (right after freshly starting of PS). The Open button highlights and PS hangs without ever opening the Open menu.

Does anyone else have this same issue?  Any known solutions?  I'd prefer to be using the GeForce GPU.

I'm on a Dell XPS 15.

Thank you!

Do you have the November 12 device driver installed ?

I'm having the same or similar issue. 2020 will open my NEFs in Camera RAW and Bridge, but will send out a crash report as soon as I move the file to PS and shut down. And I have the referenced GeForce driver installed.

Just went through the Adobe CC app and uninstalled the latest PS 2020 and reinnstalled 2019 (ver. 20.0.7) and it's working fine.  Ver. 21.0.1 seems to be the possible culprit, and that's something that I can't fix.
