Photoshop 21.0.2 only in english?

Hello,

I'm french speaking user and, on my MacBook, I can't change the Photoshop's interface languague: only english is available (see printscreen). This problem is totaly new, I've never encountered it on the previous versions of PS.
On my PC at home, with the same version of PS, no problem: I can change the interface's language.
Is it a known bug on Mac?
