Photoshop built in feedback not working

I had issues with Object Selection Tool.
There is button in PhotoShop that opens feedback promt. Great I can even send my image as sample.
Exept that no matter what I do Submit button stays grayed out.

You posted to the Bugs section of the Photoshop forum. You can post your screenshots and description of the issue here. Include a screenshot of your settings in the options bar for the Object Selection tool in addition to the others you took.

No matter what I choose I cannot write comment nor submit issue.
