v24.5 is the latest release of Photoshop.

v24.6 is a beta and will appear in the Beta Apps section (you may need to update the CC desktop app to see it)

I see that "Beta" is not showing up in "Categories" for you at all.

First, if you are on an Enterprise account, you need to talk to your IT department to give you access to the Beta apps.

Otherwise, see if this thread helps:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/beta-apps-are-not-showing-up-in-creative...
The OP with the same issue solved it this way:
"I downloaded and ran a Creative Cloud Uninstaller (straight uninstall wouldn't work) then downloaded and re-installed Creative Cloud. It's shows up now."

A second thread (in Enterprise) has a different solution provided by an employee:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/adobe-creative-cloud-app-5-7-1-1-not-sho...
There is a screenshot there as well.

A third idea is to contact Adobe Customer Care and let them assist. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

You can also send a tweet to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

Please let us know which of these works for you!

Original poster,  Are you talking about commercial release 24.6 or the Ps beta?

I clicked your name to look at your posts and found this one with the same title dated 21 June. Is it the one that disappeared?

The person who tagged their answer as "Correct Answer" replied to the O.P. and said there was no 24.6 available. They then talked about the Ps beta. I didn't see any mention of the beta in the O.P.'s comment. So I had posted saying that the commercial rel. 24.6 was (indeed) available & showing up on my CC. Therefore I was trying to clarify what was being talked about. I was paying attention to new releases b/c I'd read (& heard about from friends) a lot of comments re: installation and stability issues (for Win users) wrt losing presets, plugins, actions using 24.5. So I was holding off updating until those issues were addressed. I wanted to know if there were add'l issues (including installation related) with 24.6.  Thx.

We don't mark our own answers as correct 🙂 The information given, by me, on May 30th was correct at that time. Release 24.6 subsequently followed in June.

It's true that the OP did not mention PS Beta, but they did say they were looking for 24.6, which was the beta version on May 30.

  • May 30: the OP posted looking for the new version, specifically 24.6
  • May 30: Community Expert davescm correctly clarified that 24.6 was the beta version and 24.5 was the current released version. We do not tag our own posts as correct, so either the OP or another Expert marked it. Dave's answer was correct on May 30.

  • Jun 21: Adobe released Photoshop 24.6 (three weeks after the OP posted)
  • Jun 21: You posted that Photoshop was now showing up on your system. This was also three weeks later and was the first day Photoshop 24.6 was released. Your comment on June 21 was helpful with new information and I don't know how it ended up in a new thread.

The OP has not signed into the forums since June 7, btw.

EDIT: I didn't see Dave's post while I was typing and looking up dates.
