Photoshop CC crashing

Question

I performed a clean installation of v20.0.2 as well as clean installation of Nvidia driver released on 15th January, and the problem still persists.Photoshop crashes as soon as I try to open any type of a file. To anyone having the same problem, I managed to resolve the issue:

1. Used Creative Cloud Cleaner to remove all traces of CC Apps

2. Restarted in Safe Mode and deleted all Adobe folders that couldn't be removed by CC Cleaner

3. Uninstalled and removed all traces of Nvidia GeForce Experience and Nvidia drivers

4. Downloaded Creative Cloud and installed the apps again

5. Prior to installing Nvidia driver downloaded from their website I tested Photoshop using Windows installed driver and it worked fine

6. Installed Nvidia Graphics Driver alone (No 3D / Audio Driver / Nvidia Control Panel) and everything works as it should

What you posted is not a crash report it part of your Photoshop CC 2019 version 20.0.2 menu Help>System info and its is incomplete foe it doe not contain the Plug-in and extension information.If several versions of Photoshop are failing one you system and turning off GPU support helps. I would agree with you the problem is most likely related to your Nvidia 1080 GTX device driver. Have you tried a Google search and try older device drivers?
