Photoshop Crashing Constantly (All 2020 and 2021 versions, Windows 10)
Photoshop (all 2020 and 2021 versions, up to 22.2.0.183) has been repeatedly crashing to desktop. It is almost always when using the Pen tool (default brush, 5px, 100% hardness).
Reproduction:
1. Open Photoshop from Windows start menu (either normally or in Administrator mode)
2. Either create a new canvas or open an existing PSD
3. Use the pen tool.
4. After 1-5 minutes of using the pen tool, Photoshop will crash to desktop without an error message.
Reproduction Rate: 100% (Only on my computer; I have not tested this on another computer, as I only have access to this one)
Troubleshooting Steps I Have Attempted:
- Restarting Photoshop, Restarting my PC
- Reseting Photoshop's preferences
- Clean installation of Creative Cloud and Photoshop (CC Cleaner Tool + Manually deleting all Adobe files from AppData, Program Files, etc)
- Deleting all custom/installed fonts
- Running Photoshop in Administrator Mode
- Using WindowsDefender and MalwareBytes to scan for viruses (nothing found)
- Updating Photoshop, updating Windows, updating graphics card drivers
- Running DISM (no errors detected)
- Checking my C: drive for errors (no errors detected)
- Monitoring GPU/CPU/Ram/PC Temp when Photoshop is running (Utilization hovers between 20-50%, and Temp stays around 50 degrees C)

I have been scouring these forums for help, but I can't seem to find anyone else with this issue on the most current version of Photoshop. I honestly don't know what else to try to fix this.
