Photoshop CS5 Extended e Master Collection 5.5 - Não aceitam serial

Boa tarde, comunidade!

O órgão onde trabalho possui licença do Photoshop CS 5 e Master Collection CS 5.5, porém já baixei alguns instaladores, mas eles informam que o serial não é válido. No site da Adobe, só é possível baixar o software por meio de uma conta cadastrada. No entanto, este é outro problema, pois não encontramos tais informações. Sendo assim, espero poder encontrar aqui uma solução para este caso.

Hi @diego_9042 CS5 or CS5.5 only allows two activations at a time - if you have not previously deactivated previous installs, you cannot use those licenses to activate an additional install. 

Also if you registered your product you can find the downloads under https://account.adobe.com/products

See screenshot below for an example.

Be warned that random installers found on the internet may be malicious and downloading can put you at risk.

Prezado @Kevin Stohlmeyer,

Como não possuimos acesso a conta, poderia criar nova conta e registrar os produtos junto à Adobe, inserindo os números de série que possuo? 

Ao que tudo indica as instalações anteriores não foram desativadas, como posso removê-las para habilitar novas instalações?

Observação: nossa chave permite até 3 instalações, conforme a imagem em anexo.

@diego_9042 That screen shows you purchased three sets of the software - each would have a different license key with two activations per, not three copies of the same license. 

 

If you do not have access to the licensed account there is nothing you can do - Adobe will not assist with CS5 licensing. Also if you did not previously unintall or deactivate the previous installs on the original machines, again there is nothing anyone can do. Both are roadblocks to activating a new install. 

 

Based on this response and your questions, you are at the end of life for your CS5.5 purchase. Sorry.
