When I create a simple PS droplet, it will go to the desktop, but when I drag a .jpg photo to the droplet, it says the droplet is damaged. So then I open the droplet and close it and it seems to open Photoshop, but then it won't open a new image and save the droplet preset actions to a new image.
I am in admin mode on my MacOS Ventura.
What else could it possibly be?
Hi @Samantha29451764ompg do not rewrite the droplet or adjust your Photoshop.
This is a known Ventura issue.

2025 UPDATE: For those of you who are still having issues, this YouTube video explains the fix. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5noJxygJB5k
Basically, you have to go into System Settings -> Privacy & Security. Scroll down to Security and you should see "... was blocked to protect your Mac". Click "Open Anyway".

When you don't see the "open" option in the error message dialog you need to take the following steps to enable the droplet: Open the Apple menu > System Preferences > Privacy & Security > below under Security the droplet is mentioned and can be opened anyway > after that it works. Should you not see it there, then make sure to try and run the droplet first (doubleclick).
