Photoshop error on start up

I keep getting this when ever i attempt to open photoshop.... it was working on this computer before.

Is anyone else getting this if so any tips? I can not figure out how to actually contact Adobe

Hi

It means your using a PC with an unsupported CPU, you either have to update your PC with a compatible CPU or downgrade your version of Photoshop which you can do from the Creative Cloud, version 21.2.5 will run on your system
