How do i fix this error?
i already tired reintalling PS several times, updated the runtimes with All in One Runtimes Downloader, and scanned the system for issues and nothing works.
the error is the following.
OWLChangeNewDocumentMenuDisabled could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Photoshop.exe.

If in Photoshop you go to Help>System Info and paste the contents here on the forum, that could be helpful.

This type of error occure when you install photoshop and then install firefly(which is not compatible with your photoshop).If you install just photoshop it will work fine..

Thank you!!!! That's exactly what happened, I just tested and installed the PS twice and that was what happened.
Do you know how to solve this problem? I tested installed different versions of Firefly, but still does not work.

You don't install Firefly - it is a web based solution. Uninstall Photoshop and run the Creative Cloud cleaner tool to do a clean uninstall. Then reinstall the CC desktop app and in turn, install Photoshop on the C: drive.
