Can you check the firewall log and see what it is blocking?

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos after clicking "link"?
if you can and still see a connection error try these steps, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html
if those fail, make sure you also tried the steps at, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html
if that fails, try https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-offline-mode.html
if those all fail, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

Thank you for your reply. On the first link, I can clearly see the two logos when I click on "CS5 and CS5.5" but when I click on "Creative Cloud and CS6" the page tells me "Your Internet access is blocked. It is possible that a firewall or antivirus software blocked the connection." And when I deactivate my public Windows firewall, there are no problems. The problem really comes from the firewall. I will try to follow the other links you sent me but they seem much more complicated to understand.

Are you on a public network, like an internet café or an airport, or are you at home on your own network? When at home, you should set your network to private.
A university network is also a public one in most circumstances.

This is a noted issue with Windows Defender. Go to the settings and make sure Photoshop 2024 is listed and allowed.
