Photoshop is completely useless, in the sense that I can't do ANYthing when the program opens.

When PS opens into the welcome screen, I can't press any of the previous pictures, to get to work. I can't create a new file and I can't open a file.

When I press anything, all i get is that "wonderful" Windows "bling-bling" sound, when Windoze can't do something.

When I look at Windows' joblist, PS 2022 takes up 0% of my CPU usage, with 1 x Adobe Photoshop 2022 , 3 x Microsoft Edge WebView 2 open. Still they consume 860,6MB (PS), and 26MB, 17, and 4,7MB respectively for the Edge WebViews

 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this??

Hi Manal,

 

For some reason 🙂 Photoshop now works, after I reinstalled the updated version (23.4.1). Weird.

Hello Manal,

The problem is, I can't press anything on the welcome screen. Not in the menu either 😐 I'll keep yting different things, but for working, for now, I use 23.3.2
