Photoshop no longer creating three options when using generative fill or generative expand

Last week (Sunday, Jan 13,2024) generative fill and generative expand stopped creating 3 choices. I now only get a single choice.

Earlier in the day it was working fine.

Has anyone else seen this?

I am using PS 25.3.1.

I see what was happening. I didn't have the "variations" section in the properties panel open. Somehow must have closed it. All good now!

I dragged the Properties panel to the group with Adjustments and Libraries. Next time I did a generative fill, the three choices showed up. It was frustrating!

Could you please post screenshots to clarify what you tried to describe?

Don’t you want to get three options when using Generative Fill?

Hi, I have the same problem without the 3 options. What do you mean with "variations" in the properties panel? I am pretty new to PS ans would appreciate your help. Thanks
