Question
Photoshop no me abre archivos, ni funciona guardar, ni guardar como... ninguna pestaña
First of all, I need support in Spanish. I have to write a translator, I don't speak English, and if someone answered me here.
I've been waiting for someone to answer me by the help chat for more than half an hour, and I'm still waiting there.
Since yesterday my Photoshop does not work well, it started by telling me that I did not have RAM to open a simple jpg when I am 16GB and I was with only an open browser tag and Windows mail, well a couple of days before it disappeared alone the start window, which didn't bother me, but doesn't appear anymore.
Today it won't let me use the open, save, save tabs as ... none. And I need it urgently, I'm working and I can't do it.
I uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing, I need help urgently.

De primero decir que necesito soporte en español, tengo que escribir un traductor no hablo inglés y no se me contestara alguien aquí en español.
Llevo más de media hora de reloj esperando a que alguien me conteste por el chat de ayuda y ahí sigo esperando.
Desde ayer mi Photoshop no funciona bien, comenzó por decirme que no tenia RAM para abrir un jpg simple cuando tengo 16GB y no estaba con más que una etiqueta del navegador abierto y el correo de Windows, bueno un par de días antes de que desapareciera solo la ventana de inicio, la cual no me molestaba, pero ya no aparece.
Hoy ya no me deja usar las pestañas de abrir, guardar, guardar como ... ninguna. Y lo necesito urgentemente estoy trabajando y no puedo hacerlo.
Le desinstalé y volví a instalar y nada, necesito ayuda urgentemente.
