Photoshop not playing next action in sequence

Hello,

I'm having an issue I've never had before and I don't know what's happening. I have an action made that takes logos and puts them on about 200 items/images. Each item has it's own action, and they're supposed to play sequencially. For ex, after item #1 is done, item #2 should play, then #4, etc. Now photoshop is just stopping and not going on to the next item/image. This never happened on a previous computer of mine, but it's happening on the new one I'm using, so I thought maybe it was a setting the old one had, but I can't find anything. This action works perfectly fine for a coworker of mine; her's doesn't stop after each item. We both have the most recent version of Photoshop.
In order to get these all to play one right after another, I have to place the steps directly underneath the last step of the previous action, making one insanely long action where nothing is organized (and will be a total nightmare should I have to edit anything). I hope this all makes sense. Attached is a visual so you can see how everything's organized.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

»Each item has it's own action, and they're supposed to play sequencially.«

How are they supposed to do that?

Do you have a »meta«-Action (or Script) that starts the Actions one after the other?

Edit: An Action can reference another Action but I fail to see anything like that in your screenshot.

Ok I figured it out/realized something - you reminded me of the script that I used to use to run this action, (which I forgot about because it wasn't working when I returned to the office from working from home). I've since fixed the paths in the script and now everything's working fine. I wish I would have remembered the script issue earlier but I didn't so thank you!

Well, the things one only needs to do every couple of years (when changing computers or in the case of hardware problems etc.) are often difficult to remember exactly.

In this screenshot I cannot see what the step in the Action that is supposed to trigger the next Action, so …

Are there multiple Actions or Action Sets with identical names?

Ah, my bad. Attached are the steps; they're pretty much the same for every image, but there are no identical names. I guess this would be an action set since there are about 200 actions within the .atn file. When it's done exporting images, Photoshop closes the image and then it's supposed to open the next item image.

Here's what the action is supposed to be doing in it's entirety:

>Open item image
>Open Logo file

>Duplicate logo file to item image

>manipulate logo to fit

>Export 4 images (black, white, gold, silver versions of the logo)

>Close

>Open next item image, etc

Thank you but I still don’t understand.

Action »1« ends with »Close« so why should Action »2« run after Action »1«? It is not being triggered, is it?
