Photoshop Not Responding and won't open

Hello,

My Photoshop CC 2018 won't open on my Macbook Pro with High Sierra. When I try to open PS from the dock or from the Creative Cloud the program sits in my dock with a Not Responding message. It does not open at all: no splash page, no window etc. I tried updating Photoshop, and then I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it. I've also tried to uninstall Creative Cloud (as suggested in another forum) but I get a message saying I can't uninstall it because I have apps that require it. I'm guessing that means I have to uninstall Lightroom and Photoshop too?

I'm getting really frustrated with the constant fight to make Adobe programs work when I spend so much money on them every month (its about $70 CAD!). Does anyone know why this is happening? Or how to fix it? I haven't been able to open Photoshop all day!

Thanks!

Kerissa

Hi. Also, you can try restoring the preferences: Preferences in Photoshop
