Photoshop not synching and not letting me save locally

PS/Adobe creative crowd is not synching - It says the server is not responding. When I create a new file I cannot save it as all I see is an empty box where all the save information should be. Can you help?

 

I have update ACC, I have a password. ACC says that everything is fine with synching. Photoshop is up to date.

 

This is what I see on screen when I try to save locally. Just a blank box.

This was Photoshop 25.31. I reverted to version 24.72 (?) and was able to connect and work normally.

What version of Photoshop are you working with? And, what message are you getting when you try to save locally?
