Photoshop not working anymore

Hi, when trying to launch photoshop (photographers bundle or whatever it is called) it does not start. Im on a Mac (M1) if that is useful information.
What to do? Already some days like this now

What version of Photoshop are you running? What has changed since the last time it was working? Have you done any updates?
