Photoshop Preferences name change on macOS Ventura

A small issue i guess, but i noticed in the photoshop versions on macOS that Photoshop>Preferences now is Photoshop>Settings. even though the Preferences dialog itself still says Preferences on the top.

macOS Ventura 13.1 on a Mac Studio.

The windows photoshop 24.1 is still Edit>Preferences

Is that a purpose name change because of Apple changing System Preferences to

System Settings in macOS Ventura 13?

On a 2012 MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey 12.6.2 Photoshop 24.1 stll says Photoshop>Preferences
