Photoshop restoring corrupt file from 300Mb PSD file and Photoshop temp file(not .tmp) possible?

I think the program had some overwriting issues. Hence, I don't have the autorecover .tmp file.

Apps I tried to restore: Remo Repair PSD, PSD repair, Recovery Stellar app, and many more software. 

Files I have in hand: 5 GB Photoshop Temp file(not .tmp), and the 300 mb PSD file. No jpeg or SVG.

But each one of them returned the same black canvas and all of 29 layers of digital painting gone. Can it be restored with those two files?
