Photoshop Script Alert in new version

I've just upgraded to the new version of Photoshop and am getting an error on loading with a dialogue box saying

Anyone else getting this?

If I click on OK several times it clears the error but still very annoying.

What script is running

None as far as I am aware this error comes up as soon as I open photoshop

What OS also use menu File>Scripts>Script Event Manager...   see if any event are setup to run when Photoshop is started.

I have tried it while having the shift key down to stop plugins and scripts seem also to be disabled and still getting the error. Using Windows 10.
