Photoshop stuck at "initializing HTML" dialog

Hi, I just updated Photoshop to the newest version, and my computer and graphics card is also updated, but my Photoshop can't open. Can anyone help me? I also resetting Photoshop preferences.

@default3nipfc5necxc try uninstalling from the CC app and make sure to select remove preferences, then reinstall to see if it helps
