Photoshop won't load past splash screen and freezes

Mac user 

As said in the title it keeps crashing and not loading in anyway or form, recently updated to Catalina after cleaning out the junk over the years, so memory is not an issue. It was partitioned after a crash last year, since then it has been running ok but its never been the same since then, and now doesnt even open anymore nor work. I checked as many articles as psosible to fix it but no one seems to have this problem or at least that I can find. 

I have tried older versions and that to does nothing, it fees as if the update to the amc has caused it to be unuseable. 

Anyone facing this same problem.
