Photoshop workspace problem

Sorry, I have a problem with my window's workspace (Mac)
It's completely detached/disconnected.

As my attached pic

I already tried to reset Ps workspace but nothing happened.

Did you try to pic up the frame and drag it to the top of photoshop bar?

Try: Windows > Application Frame.
