Pixelated Images and Slow Camera Raw

When I open the photos in the photoshop window they are extremely pixelated if I zoom out, so I can't work. And camera raw is slow. I want to go back to the old one. Look an image down, so terrible!I left an example below

    Hmmm. I wonder if it's possible that GPU acceleration settings may have something to do with it. Do you usually use GPU acceleration for your work?

      Yes, but not even a video card is showing. I believe this version has a bug, I hope you fix it
