Pixellation Issue with new update

Experienced issues yesterday with Pixellation- had my files coming out in larger squares of pixels. Reverting back to Mac version PS CC 21.0.3 seemed to fix the issue. No issue with older version on my PC. If anyone else is seeing this I thought I would post my fix.

Hello, to me, they look like JPEG compression artifacts.

It is just the image being opened in photoshop?

Can you show the titlebar of the image, to see if there is a profile issue?
