Placing Icon Folder

I use Folder Masker app to place custom made icon [it is in PSD] on the folder in Windows 11. But sometime it comes in a weird way. What is the reason? Do you know any other way to do so?

If you mean Folder Marker instead of Folder Masker, try the support for their app. Here's the link:

It does not sound like this is a Photoshop question.
