All of a sudden I am no longer allowed access to PORTFOLIO. I am, and have been a fully paid Adobe Photography Plan member for 4 years.
In fact, PORTFOLIO does not even show up as an available app any longer.
What's the story?

Well ... so far, I got nothin'. And I still have no access to Portfolio. I mean it doesn't even show up in my ADOBE CLOUD as an available program. Its gone.
This seerms very strange to me, as I have been working on creating a web-site IN Portfolio, and have even uploaded a number of my images to it.
Maybe Adobe removed Portfolio from Creative Cloud or something?

I don't see any signs that Adobe Portfolio has been removed. There is not a forum for it in the Adobe forums. You need to go to their support page. It is not part of Photoshop where you posted. I wonder if they don't work on weekends? I don't know.

Try the link to https://portfolio.adobe.com/sites , but if that does not work you really need to use that "Contact Us" button. We can't help you in the Photoshop forum.

I can't try to explain that one, @MGBJAY . Again, this is the Photoshop forum for Photoshop questions. The proper channel for Portfolio is not here — it's the "Contact Us" button on the first link I gave you.

I have been using adobe portfolio for years. I recently got a billing error, but ut when I go to fix it, it has no place for my billing information. I check to see if I have the plan, its not there. I just try to subscribe to a new one, it won't let me. What gives?
Good thing my adobe portfolio is still working for now

Portfolio does not show as an app in the CC desktop. It should though show under resource links. I've just checked and the link works fine here.
