Problem opening more pictures

When I open two or more TIFFs from LR for editing in Photoshop, the first TIFF always opens in the Camera Raw filter. This error has existed for me since the beginning across all versions of PS, LR and Windows and is always traceable.

Have you ever checked your Photoshop File Handling Preferences?

There are Camera Raw settings that you can change how a TIFF is handled:

This are my settings. The problem only occurs if i want to open moe than one pics at the same same time. My Steps: select two or more pics in LR -> Edit in PS -> Edit Original

Does the second image also open in Camera Raw? And what do you mean by traceable?

Just the first one. All others will be opened correct in the main window. 

I mean the error is reproduceable.

Maybe alos important: I open the pics from LR Develop Mode.
