problem with shortcut in photoshop

Hello I keep having the same problem, the shortcuts in my photoshop do not work , I have already uninstall and install the program many times , not seem to work. The sameimage shows up.

Hi there,

That doesn't sound good. Have you tried resetting the preferences of Photoshop and see if that helps?
