Let's face the facts: You are using a "portable" version of CS4 which is simply an euphemism for cracked software and running it on Wine. Do you seriously expect any form of official support for this scenario with a) a software over a decade out of date, b) said software running on an emulator and c) it being pirated? Asking this question around here just isn't smart...
