PS Generative fill and Generative Expand Error: Please check your internet connection and try again.

Question

I've been facing this error for the last month: Please check your internet connection and try again.

Hence I haven't changed anything. But my internet works fine because other new tools like "Frame Tool" which requires the internet and also uses AI work fine.

Things I have tried:

* Restarting System.
* Updating my Mac to the latest version.
* Reinstalling Photoshop.

* Updating Photoshop.

* Checked all the firewall options.

Please help me guys I'm stuck with this and it's been more than a month now.

Hey, @This is Himanshu. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in, and I found an active subscription.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/4iKsXwk

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
