Quick Action - Remove Background - Issue

I just bought a new Mac M1 Pro and when I use the "Quick Action Remove Background" it is not removing the background. It looks like its fading out everything. When I use my older Mac, it doesnt have this issue and crops the picture perfectly. Can anyone help me?

This is a known issue, and the team is working on this. You can check it here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-for-apple-silicon.html.

Try using Photoshop in Rosetta mode, and check if that helps.
