Question

Remove text from a jpeg photo

Hello,
I would like to remove the text written on a picture of my children so that I only have the picture of the kids without the text.
Is it possible to do it with PhotoShop?
If so, which tool should I use?
PS: the photo on which I want to remove the text is a jpeg file.
Thanks a lot

Is the text a professional photographer's watermark/business name?

No, this is a "best wishes" text written by a friend

Please post a relevant part of the image.

If the written words are located in a non-sensitive area even Content-Aware Fill might work out.

The healing brush might do the job, but if you upload a high res version of the image, I am sure someone will fix it for you.

Clone Stamp Tool, Healing Brush Tool, … might be used in such a task.
