When I reset my PC all new document files get erased. Is there anyway to save the new document files in a external folder?

Thanks for reaching out! If I understand correctly, you performed a system reset — meaning you removed everything and reinstalled Windows and then the application. If that’s the case, it would also remove all existing folders, files, and settings. Could you please confirm how and why you did the reset?

Perhaps the following will help. There are two separate JSON files for most recent and saved new doc presets.
