Save for legacy is not active

Hi im trying to export a slice via save for web but the option is deactiveted. same thing happens even if i just want to export the artboard. Same file on mac (im on windows) works just fine. Any ideas?

Never mind, I found the solution. The file size must not exceed 30.000px, mine was 32k. Im leaving the solution here just in case somebody else has the same problem.
