Saving All files stuck at 99% wont complete, Also ERror library panel missing, transform tool

Report a bug has a bug. There were no errors to highlight or highlighted. But I had to delete the website cookies to get this bug submission to work. No biggie

cannot save files or close them. they have been stuck at99% . Restarted computer, ttried everything. Its a photoshop bug. Photoshop will not close. I have VERY OPTIMIZED windows 11 and Asus Rog G18 with HIGH END processor great temps i9 CPU 14 gen and RTX 4080 GPU nvidia

using the transform tool unable to scale object without them JUMPING across the screen

Website here is bugged also. 

There is nothing highlighted to fix here... ^

PRetty Much Everything is bugged. When I use photoshop I am trying to copy something from another file, and come back to this file, the layers that were selected scrolled to the very bottom again. 

List goes on and on. I have found over 20 bugs and cannot think of them all right now

HOWEVER... 
I LOVE THIS VERSION OF BETA PHOTOSHOP HONESTLY DONT CHANGE IT PLEASE its literally amazing. 

I just work through the bugs. 🙂 thats all . 

Nothing compared to being a Fortnite Map Creator and the bugs I have to fix in UNREAL ENGINE! LOL that is a time consumer!
