איך אפשר לשמור קובץ פוטושופ לפורמט PDF אבל בתפריט שמירה
התוכנה תוסיף קו לבן ותכתוב עליו את שם הקובץ כדי שבהדפסה אוכל לראות את שם הקובץ.

You will need a script.

Something like the ones offered in this topic:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/script-to-create-a-text-layer/td-p/10627504

However, you would need to change the references of activeLayer.name to activeDocument.name or to remove the extension activeDocument.name.replace(/\.[^\.]+$/, '')

A before and after sample file would help to illustrate.

Hello
The problem is that I have no idea how to build a script file
Do you have a way to send it to me?

A before and after sample file would help to illustrate your exact requirements for approximate font, size, colour and position.

I'll help with the script once I know what you require.

I don't expect you to know or learn how to write scripts yourself, but you do need to know how to save and use them. More here:

If you have no other interest in scripts, you probably should just use XnConvert to batch apply the filename:

Note: This screenshot shows adding metadata, it was the only image I had at hand, but you can just as easily add the filename instead.
