Scrambling files

I have a problem with photoshop ...

When I open my files they all appear like this ... Is someone already having the problem and how to restore it?

It may be a problem with your graphics card. You can try turning off the graphics processor in preferences>performance.

Is there are reason you are still using Photoshop CC 2015?
