Scratch disks are full - this is a BUG not a disc space problem

The issue with "Scratch disks are full" is super disturbing.

I did try everything ... and Photoshop is still screaming with this error. I have over 1.5TB of free disc space. When opening a simple. PSD - the error message appears just after a few seconds. 

I didn't have that issue with the previous version of Photoshop. But there is something terrible with version 22! – PLEASE FIX THAT!!!

And please, avoid suggestions about hidden system files, etc. - because this is ridiculous and embarrassing.
